Production process

Different from the molding and extrusion process of the grating plate, the fiberglass grating cover plate belongs to the hand paste process, also known as the skin. This hand paste process is used to make various FRP products, such as common FRP fans, FRP sculptures, FRP trash cans, FRP septic tanks, etc. There are usually two ways to make the fiberglass grid cover. The first is to make the cover on the surface of the grid board when it is finished but has not been removed from the molding equipment. Another method is to put the removed grid plate on another operating platform and make the cover plate.

1. Different corrosion resistant resin properties give different corrosion resistance to GFRP, so that it can be used for a long time in the corrosive environment of different acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent, gas and liquid medium.

2. High-quality flame retardant resin and flame retardant additives give products excellent flame retardant performance. Generally, oxygen index of flame retardant products is greater than 26, flame diffusion coefficient is less than 25, and smoke density is less than 500.

3. The perfect combination of light and high-strength alkali free glass fiber yarn and resin endows the product with unique light and high-strength characteristics. The proportion of the product is 1/4 of that of steel.

4. Anti-aging products are made of high quality matrix resin with anti-aging additives, so that the products have durable anti-aging properties, can maintain long-term gloss and sustained high strength, and the service life is over 20 years.

5. Designability in addition to the flexible design performance of GFRP, the color of the product can be customized according to the customer's requirements, and the external dimensions can also be cut and spliced into the size required by the customer.

6. High elastic modulus of safety and anti-skid as well as different surface effects make the grille anti-skid and slightly elastic to reduce fatigue feeling of the staff. Dual plane, crescent face, sand face, diamond cover and different surface provide anti-skid performance for different use occasions.

7. Electric performance glass fiber and high-performance resin give products excellent electrical performance. The product's penetrating strength can reach 10kv/mm. The product is non-magnetic and can be used safely in the anti-electromagnetic and anti-explosion environment.
